I am a Level 2 and Level 3 Premier Qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor, an EAS Success Coach and Body-for-LIFE Trainer and have over 17 years experience with weight training.  Although currently I am a Champion Natural Bodybuilder, my background and expertise is wide and varied as I've been involved in many sports over the years including football (to a women's National level in NZ) gymnastics, netball, cricket and I was an accomplished dancer to the age of 21 where I studied classical ballet and modern dance for almost 15 years.  I love to practice yoga when I have the time and am known for my choreography talents when it comes to bodybuilding posing, presentation and stage routines.

My client programs are designed specifically to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals and enhance their quality of life and change the way they feel about themselves..permanently!  If your goals are to lose body fat, change your shape, tone up, increase energy, build muscle mass or just get fitter, I have the personal experience and qualifications to be able to help you.  I always emphasise the importance of nutrition though as it counts for 70-80% of your success so bear in mind that I will be looking very closely at your daily eating habits if I am going to take you on as a client!

Or for those up for a serious physical and mental transformation challenge, I can help guide you towards completing your own 12-Week Body-for-LIFE Challenge!  No matter what your physical or mental challenges are or your goals might be, or you might just need to have someone totally motivate and encourage you to go that bit harder to ensure you DO reach your goals, then I will endeavour to help in any way I can.  I am available to train both men and women and have a top reputation for my clients succeeding in their goals but appreciate that I only accept genuine inquiries as I am a true professional in my field.  Please do not ask for free programs, free nutrition advice or for any other personal favours as you will be refused.  I always give my paying clients 100% but I do warn you, I expect 100% in return!



Believe me, I have been there and struggled with my own health problems, depression, weight gain and lack of confidence, cardiovascular fitness and body image in the latter years, so I understand how hard things can get and how limited time can be to try and get the results you want.  I used to work shifts including overnights even working up to 80 hours a week when doing overtime, but making a committment to good nutrition and exercise allowed me to keep racing ahead in life with full steam and now I'll never turn back!
